Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations received in writing more than 30 days before the conference (deadline: Monday, May 4, 2026). Cancellations on or after that date are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Send written notice to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the request. Please include your AJPA confirmation email.
Guests & Multiple Attendees
To register a guest who will attend evening events only (no sessions or meals), enter their name in the Guest Information section of your registration form.
